After finishing University in July 2009, I worked in a Prague Attorney at law as a Articled clerk for JUDr. Pavel Novák Attorney, based in Prague 4, Bohuslav Martinů 1051, where it was my job description: Individual meetings with clients from the initial analysis to solve the case, including representation in court, especially in the practice of corporate law (changes Ltd., Ltd. division spin-off with the creation of new companies), debt enforcing for banks and insurance companies (discovery, enforcement and insolvency proceedings), providing legal advices in Legel Rescue Service. During my training, I gained experience in private law, particularly issues of property, works contracts, inheritance, family law (divorce proceedings), draft law, and more.
