I am involved in the defence of clients in criminal proceedings and in the representation of clients in court proceedings. I proceed from the principle that it is necessary to assert and defend each client’s rights and not merely to state them. I am also involved in sports law and the representation of sports clubs or individual sportspeople in proceedings before sports commissions. Our clients include renowned sports corporations. Within the framework of my pro bono activities, I take the cases of those clients, about whom I am convinced that the pro bono legal assistance is justified by the clients’ financial situation or where the cases involved are unique and interesting. I act as a representative of the regional commissioner in the Prague Region within the framework of the Czech Chamber of Solicitors.
