PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By completing your personal data, Beneš Prokop, JUDr., Attorney-at-Law, with the registered office of Antala Staška 510/38, 14000 Praha 4, IČ 61038644, will become the administrator of your personal data. From the legal title of consent we register Email, Name, Surname, Telephone, until withdrawal of consent. We process these data to assess whether a legal service will be provided.

Your rights
You may object to this processing, as well as request the correction of the personal data you have given, request information about which personal information we have about you, or request the deletion of personal data if possible. If automated processing occurs, you have the right to data portability and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on that decision.
